Shandong to implement CSR into name brand evaluation system

Shandong becomes the first province in China to implement corporate social responsibility into a name brand evaluation system. Previously, the system was composed of 4 indicators: profit, quality, development and market. With the newly revised 2008 version of this system, Wang Tianren, Deputy Director General of the Shandong Bureau of Industry and Commerce, believes that this initiative will guide the development of enterprises in a healthy way.
