The Global Young Leaders Programme - Hebei Project was held in Jingxian County in China's north-eastern Hebei province from October 8-20, 2007. During the programme, 20 international executives were tasked with drawing up a plan to transform a pig farm into a social enterprise with far reaching economic benefits.
