Themes of corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and community outreach resonate not only throughout corporations but also in the halls of government.  In China these ideas support broader national themes focused on creating a more balanced society that addresses environmental protection and sustainability.

The CSR Committee of AmCham-China will co-host the Third Annual Corporate Citizenship Forum with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and China Philanthropy Times to explore these themes and to share experiences among international and domestic Chinese stakeholders.

Through two concurrent panel discussions, the forum will address questions of sustainable development and the role of NGOs. The China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) will present the results of its survey of CSR activities and practices in the textile and apparel supply chain.
