Hebei Kangbao Wolongtushan 30 MW Wind Farm Project has got its first issuance of 15652 tonnes CERs from EB on Oct 24, 2007. This project is developed by Hebei Construction Investment Zhangjiakou Wind Energy Co, Ltd and Energy Systems International B.V. (Netherlands).

China has altogether 22 projects of this kind, the total amount of issued CERs being 20,164,649  tonnes, occuping 23.70% of the total CERs issued(as the following figures show).
